Rick Dulaney, a Vice President in our Large Surveys Practice, has 30+ years of experience with IT systems and applications on several of Westat’s largest and most complex projects. Dulaney manages 60+ IT professionals with expertise in systems design, instrument development, multimode architecture and applications, data science, statistical programming, and quality assurance. He has extensive experience in all phases of survey systems, including large-scale multimode implementation, field management systems, home office processing, and data delivery and dissemination.
Dulaney leads corporate IT strategy, chairing or serving on several steering groups and committees that direct project IT capabilities across Westat’s largest field projects.
