Oswaldo Holguin joined Westat in January 2024 as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CF0). Holguin has over 30 years of experience in finance that showcase his leadership skills, the development of high‑performance teams, and proficiency in strategic planning and implementation.
Prior to joining Westat, Holguin was CFO at Creative Associates International from 2014-24, where he oversaw a range of financial functions, including analysis and planning, contracts, corporate and global accounting, audits, treasury services, and pricing activities for the organization and its subsidiaries. Earlier, Holguin was Vice President of Financial Management and Global Operations Controller at Abt Associates, where he managed the corporate finance, financial services, and international accounting groups.
