Joshua K. Noda, MPP, is a Principal Research Associate with 19 years of experience examining health care policy and funding issues. He conducts public policy, legal, and regulatory research and has served as project director and manager for several federal clients. Currently, Noda is the project director for AHRQ’s Academy for Integrating Behavioral Health & Primary Care and a project manager on AHRQ’s Program and User Support for CAHPS and SOPS and also SAMHSA’s Center for Financing Reform and Innovations contracts. Noda oversees day-to-day project management, including all monthly cost and activity reporting, staff supervision, client relations, and project deliverables.
In earlier work, Noda researched health care issues and trends for several organizations, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Center for Studying Health System Change.
