Overview

Eric Jodts is a Vice President for Survey Management and Design with over 25 years of experience directing advanced research projects and initiatives. He is a recognized expert in designing and managing multimode research projects, with deep expertise in questionnaire and sample design, the impact of technological change on surveys, and the effects of incentives, invitations, and modes. Jodts is skilled at assembling and leading cross-functional teams—comprising survey methodologists, statisticians, analysts, operations managers, and technical staff—to successfully execute complex projects and fulfill client objectives.

Jodts has led major redesign initiatives and methodologic studies for high-profile clients, including the U.S. Census Bureau, the CDC, and the Pew Research Center. He routinely oversees the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through execution and dissemination, and takes the lead in securing IRB, OMB, and ATO approvals. His current portfolio includes directing multiple projects for agencies such as NASA, the FAA, and the NSF. In addition to managing large-scale data collections, Jodts has extensive experience conducting site visits, panels and workshops, cognitive interviews, and pretests.
