Cynthia Klein, PhD, is a Vice President for Public Health. She is a seasoned senior leader with more than 25 years of experience in financial, operational, and organizational strategy, as well as business development. She has successfully managed a wide portfolio of 30 projects using her exceptional skills in capture activities, proposal writing, and client relationship management. Klein’s extensive background includes directing research, evaluation, technical assistance, and communications projects for prominent federal agencies such as the CDC, NIH, AHRQ, and HRSA, as well as state and local clients. As an academically trained social scientist, she is passionate about designing effective public health communications, interventions, and programs.
