Bradford Keller, PhD, is a Principal Research Associate for Education Studies with more than 22 years of experience leading projects, providing technical assistance, and conducting research on education and other policy issues. He serves as the Co-Deputy Director for the Region 5 Comprehensive Center, managing several teams as they implement initiatives to build capacity on budgeting, social and emotional learning, performance measurement, and other topics of need as identified by states.
Keller also co-leads the Center to Improve Program and Project Performance, leading teams that deliver technical assistance to grantees of the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), to help them measure performance and improve outcomes for students with disabilities. He is also a What Works Clearinghouse-certified reviewer and is a Kotter Certified Change Leader.
