Patricia Shifflett is a member of the Westat Board of Directors and Senior Vice President and Sector Lead, Health. She has 30+ years of experience managing public health programs at the federal, state, and local levels. Shifflett oversees public health research and evaluation projects with special insight into strategic planning and implementation of programs bearing impact on population health outcomes.
Shifflett has held senior management positions with specialties in multisite clinical research coordination; development of clinical and community guidelines; survey design, development, and implementation; and data analytics and evaluation.
