Chanza Baytop, MPH, DrPH, is a Vice President for Public Health. She is a public health researcher whose expertise includes using mixed methods for evaluation research and translating research findings into evidence-based practice in community and health system settings to reduce health disparities. Baytop leverages key public health and evaluation capabilities across the company in developing and leading strategies to grow CDC’s and HRSA’s public health portfolio with an emphasis on HIV prevention and chronic disease prevention.
Baytop’s work focuses on the design and evaluation of effective strategies for HIV testing and linkage to care among high-risk populations and for increasing access to care for disadvantaged communities with diabetes and hypertension. She has directed local, national, and international projects with diverse multidisciplinary teams and in collaboration with partners in public and private sectors around the world.
