Jennifer Kuo, MHS, is the Vice President and Practice Director for Public Health. She joined Westat in September 2021 as a Vice President for Behavioral Health and Health Policy. Kuo has 20+ years of federal government consulting expertise and has worked across various federal health agencies. She has served on the leadership team of organizations and been responsible for shaping and driving strategic direction, managing business development and growth, ensuring project execution and delivery, overseeing talent management and development, and directing team and relationship building.
Kuo is an expert in technical assistance and in designing and implementing initiatives to increase the capacity of organizations to achieve improved outcomes. Her work leads to the identification and dissemination of promising practices based on successful innovations and to the development of actionable products and other resources to support implementation. She has served in many corporate roles and is currently a sponsor of the Technical Assistance Community of Practice, which focuses on coordinating and connecting technical assistance capabilities and experts across practices and departments at Westat.
