Overview
Robin Portman is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Westat. She has 32 years of leadership experience in business development and management in the health care and government contracting arenas. Portman is the recent Chairman, President, and CEO of Atlas Research LLC, a health services management and technology consulting firm from which she retired in 2021. Prior to Atlas, Portman was with Booz Allen Hamilton for 20+ years and held the title of Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Growth, and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer. Her career also included the positions of Program Manager at TRW, Scientific and Technical Intelligence Analyst for the U.S. Department of the Navy, and teaching positions at Georgetown University.
